You can't grumble and grumble. Cola unfortunately stale - that's why only 4-star.

Ordered two pizzas. Super tasty, very hot when you pick it up. I think the price is totally justified (not like some previous speakers), the pizzas are huge. We are 2 adults and 2 children and we couldn't finish everything. Very nice staff. We will be back!

Bad service and unfriendly 2 dishes ordered 1 was wrong and the service said I should eat them. Unfortunately I don't eat mushrooms and I should still pay for the pizza. The woman was the only one who bothered how we were treated. When she said something to him that it was not okay, the saying came from him Eh you slept badly or you have your days. A serious business also includes such staff. I will never visit Pizza Hut again, at least not in Bad Homburg. Lg

Had the pizza called Pepperoni Lover's, which was supposed to have double pepperoni salami, which unfortunately wasn't double the amount. I also had a crust of cheese. The pizza just didn't taste good, I can't say why there was nothing else on it besides cheese and pepperoni salami, you just can't go wrong with that. The pizza had cost 17.99 and I can't imagine what was so special about the pizza. We paid 50.40 for 3 pizzas, one small and 3 drinks for 3 people. I will never eat a Pizza Hut pizza again in my life. I had never eaten such a bad pizza. In addition, the waitress may work in the kitchen but not serve the people. I only had one question about the food and, symbolically speaking, had to fight for the menu that would not be torn from under my nose.

I think € 19.00 is definitely too expensive for a pizza with 3 toppings, even if it was a cheesy crust, which is bigger than normal pizzas. A topping costs 2.50 € and there was a slice of salami and what felt like 3 corn kernels on one piece ... 2 pizzas and 3 drinks 45, - € !!! And once in a while I remembered pizza hat much better in terms of taste!

Eating here once was enough. The pizza dough is so greasy and tastes like it was in the deep fryer. The staff is overwhelmed. With all you can eat hardly any choice of pizzas.

It's Pizza Hut. Whether you are in the US or Germany it is pretty much the same. This location has nice staff. I've never spoken English with them, but I suspect they do speak English.

Didn't like the pizzas.. was very oily

Everything was okay except for a piece of plastic in my pizza. The next time I would rather choose the classic base, because it more closely matches the Italian pizza bases. The waitress was nice. The topping and taste good. You can also sit outside.

So we will not come here anymore. Operation very very unfriendly and lacking motivation. We absolutely felt uncomfortable! Doesn't feel like working ... Sorry, no recommendation!

The quality of pizza is not excellent,it could be better,but all in all it was ok!

Nit very good pizza, also very small

When you enter, it stinks of sweat. When we picked a place, we were expelled after 5 minutes of loading. The reason is our little dog. Unfortunately, nowhere is anything posted that dogs are not allowed. I asked the manager to tell me personally, but he hid in the kitchen and I was told he had a lot to do. Pity!

Very good pizza

Very often been here and always good. Pizzas pretty quickly at the table and always delicious. Staff friendly. Price performance okay. Toilets clean but not barrier-free. Always happy to be here.

Amazing food for a cheap price, the thing that makes me give it 1 star less is the fact that they didn't have aircondition and it was warm while i was there

Always pleased coming here. They have great specials for families and lunch. Clean restaurant and friendly staff...there is a sun porch to sit outside as well and a great park across the street. Great for family day!

What can I say, it´s Pizza Hut and it is great! Their Pizzas a simply great and this is a great place to eat at together with your family or friends.

Junk Food

The carried to me has worst taste. It is clear the pizza is not fresh.

Had a horrible experience, ordered 2 pizzas and paid, but no receipt nor no waiting list so I asked it but a casher said “I know you so just wait”, after 30 mins the casher brought 2 pizzas and confirmed what I ordered and it was correct so I took it, but on the way home I opened it and realized one pizza is different from what I ordered so I went back to the restaurant, the manager asked me where is the bill? Actually no bill was provided and I said a pizza was not what I ordered, and the manager said, OK wait just 5 mins.. and I waited 10 more minutes. So I waited the right pizza more than 40 mins. And some customers even ordered later than me, got the pizzas within 20 mins!! I was so frustrated on this restaurant and NEVER go there again. No parking lot, please be careful!!

Too expensive

Service is very slow we are gonna be late for our concert. We had to wait 41 minutes for our chicken sticks to come and another 55 for our 2 pizzas to come.

I would give zero stars if I could, the service is disappointing and disgusting.

I really love the staff here. They are quick and helpful. The food is like any Pizza HUT you'd expect. Nice location.
